About

Thanks for checking this blog out. I am currently the minister with the Forsyth, Missouri Christian Church.

This blog began as a way to think about the church but has matured into presenting truths and opening thoughts about faith and life AND the church. I pray that what is presented here will be beneficial to you.

  1. About Blogthechurch's Blog Very nice post. I just stumbled upon your blog and wished to say that I have really enjoyed surfing around your blog posts. In any case I will be subscribing to your rss feed and I hope you write again soon!

  2. My husband is designing a flyer for church regarding baptism by immersion. I would like to know if we could use a couple of the photos you have posted? I know the black and white photo of the women is a ThinkStock photo but I did not see the others on Thinkstock. Do you own this photos and if so, could we use them?

    • Hi. Unfortunately, I don’t have the right to give you permission to use any of the pictures. I wish I could. They belong elsewhere. I don’t own them, I’m sorry. You may use anything I have written if you’d like. I do have a picture I own you could use, I haven’t used it on the blog. If you’d like, I can send it to you. It is an elder from our church a few years ago immersing a young lady in the Lake of the Ozarks. Let me know if you’d like to see it.

  3. Hi there. I am putting together an album called By Faith & Grace and I’m designing an album cover. I was wondering if you would have a problem with me using your black and white picture of the woman in the water with her hands spread representing baptism. Please let me know if that would be okay. Thanks. Greg Tucker contentmentfirst@gmail.com

  4. I enjoy writing and having others read and ideally, benefit from my thoughts. I write once or twice a week. I hope this blog helps you.
